How to participate
You are warmly invited to participate actively with your school, association, enterprise, administration, etc. There are three ways to participate:
Activity at your place
Organise at your place between Monday 9 and Friday 13 February an activity that celebrates linguistic diversity and/or promotes multilingualism.
This activity may be open to the public or restricted and may last for one or more days. It will be mentioned on the Week's website. Examples of relevant activities will be presented on the website.
Activity at Bourse / Beurs
Organise at the Palais de la Bourse between Monday 9 and Friday 13 February (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.) an activity celebrating linguistic diversity and/or promoting multilingualism.
This activity may take place either in the large Forum area on the ground floor (accessible to all visitors to the Bourse) or in the participatory room on the first floor (60 seats). A specific time slot must be determined at least 15 days in advance. Basic equipment can be provided (tables and chairs). The organisers of the activity must provide any other equipment themselves and mobilise their own audience. The activity will be mentioned on the Week's website. Examples of relevant activities will be presented on the website.
Stand at Bourse / Beurs
Run a stand at the Palais de la Bourse on Saturday 14 February (9am-5.30pm) related to the theme.
The stands will be located in the large Forum area on the ground floor (accessible to all visitors to the Bourse). Tables and chairs will be provided. Stands run jointly by several organisations (schools, cultural centres, etc.) are encouraged, in particular to allow for alternation and participation in the debates that will take place at the same time in the first-floor area.
